The raw material of the product is natural nano smectite. Through natural drying and grinding, the material finally turn into this product. Its a green, natural smectite adsorbent material with none additive.

l Feed Additive: The principal constituent of this product is smectite which belongs to natural mineral feed category. It can be added directly into feed additive, with the function of moisture absorption and anti agglomeration, as a result, the forming rate of the pellet feed can be greatly improved. This product can also be used as binder for pellet feed and has a significant absorption for aflatoxin in the feed. It can greatly alleviate the harm from aflatoxin to the growth and reproduction of the animals, relieve the harm, from fungal toxin in the feed, especially the aflatoxin, to animal bodies, enhance animal immunity.
l Modifier for Environment: It can be used to improve the environment of pigsty, making the piglets’s body dry and warm. At the same time, it provides function of relieving pain and inflammation, contributing to wound-healing, invoiding wound infection. This product can sterilize the pigsty by effectively absorbing ammonia, improving pigsty’s environment, reducing the rate of catching respiratory tract diseases.
4. Usage Methods :
Used as feed additive.
1. Adsorbent for aflatoxin, the recommended level is 0.5-3kg/ton.
2. Adsorbent for moisture and anticaking, the recommended level is 1-3% of the total system
3. Binder, the recommended level is 2-4% of the total system.
Used as modifier for environment.
1. Pigsty disinfection: you can sprinkle the product into the pigsty by hands or spray it automatically. One kg of the product can spray 80-100 square meters.
2. Piglet-nursing: dip the piglets by putting them into the product, rub the piglet’s body by hands, then put them into the insulation which is spraied with smectite after them become dry.
5. Package and storage:
The material of outer package for BP-BC10 is kraft paper bag, while the inner double layer package of polyethylene film bag or paper bag is used for inner package. The weight is usually 25 + 0.25kg in accordance with the requirements of users. It should be stored in a dry condition. The product quality will be valid for 24months with the temperature range 0℃～30℃.
