BP-183-01V is a special organic ammonium modified bentonite clay rheology modifier, with excellent rheology and suspensibility. It is designed for low to medium polarity solvent systems, such as Olive oil, sunflower seed oil, castor oil and other vegetable oil systems. Heavy metals and microbial content are lower than national cosmetics safety technical standard (2015).
APPLICATION
Widely used in hair conditioner, cream and lotion, skin care products, sunscreens, eye makeup, lipsticks, baby products.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BP-183-01V requires high speed shear force for dispersing in organic system. Recommended procedures are as following:
A. Prepare organic phase, add BP-183-01V with a agitator (under the speed of 1000 rpm), keep stirring for 5 minutes.
B. Adjust agitator’s speed to be above 2000 rpm to make the system well dispersed.
C. Mix the gel with other formulation ingredients. The addition levels of BP-183-01V are typically between 0.25%-0.3% based on the total formulation weight.
PACKAGING AND STORGE
The package weight is 25 ± 0.25kg.
BP-183-01V is hygroscopic and must be stored under dry conditions.
