BP-HC1 is a highly refined and purified bentonite clay. It is a non-toxic and odorless white powder. It will form gel when dispersed in water. And it is an excellent thickener, thixotropic agent, suspension stabilizer.
APPLICATION
Widely used in daily chemicals (various creams, lotions, home care and cleaning), facial masks, toothpaste, etc.
ADVANTAGES

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 ) Pre - gel method, the recommended concentration is 5 % - 10 %.
Weigh a certain amount of BP-HC1 and slowly add it into water at 25 - 35 ℃ with low-speed stirring to avoid caking. When the viscosity increases, adjust the rotating speed to 1500-2000rpm and disperse for 20-30min to fully expand and disperse the product to form homogeneous gel, and leave it for 8 - 24 hours for future use. The bentonite suspension is then metered into the desired system with stirring until fully dispersed and mixed.
2 ) Sand grinding dispersion method or high-speed shearing. Stir the products to qualified fineness and then add emulsion.
